History of College
History of college begins in September 1965, when it created the three-year interregional school of preparation leading collective and state farms frames. By decision of the Council of Ministers of USSR in August 25, 1967 interregional three-year school reformed in Ivano-Frankivsk agricultural technical college to prepare leading specialists of collective and state farms.
Ivano-Frankivsk agricultural technical college by order of the Ministry of agriculture of Ukraine in March 24, 1999 № 131 "On renaming Ivano-Frankivsk Agricultural College" was renamed Ivano-Frankivsk State Agricultural College. Lately, the College was reorganized into a structural unit of the Lviv State Agrarian University by the Ministry of Agriculture Policy of Ukraine from 23.06.2006, № 326 and renamed Ivano-Frankivsk College of Agrarian University of Lviv, and in April 2008, the college was renamed in Ivano-Frankivsk College of Lviv National Agrarian University. |
